Please pay before your lesson with cash(JPY) only. Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 48 hours less will be subjected to a cancellation fee of ¥5000; Less than 24hours: full amount of tuition.

Our quotation is only tuition; lift ticket, apparel, equipment excl. Please prepare by yourself, ticket can buy when required.

Lessons are held only at Nakazato Snowwood Ski resort during peak season, Yuzawa Snow resort is different location.

Unless the ski-lift is stop, School will do business as usual. You can cancel the lesson without penalty while lift stopped.

In order to deal with any inevitability, School reserves the right to make modification of coach or lesson time.

Lessons will be conducted by the slowest learner in group lesson. School will not be responsible for those accidents when instructions being ignored or changing students arbitrarily.

Please make reservation in advance. And contact us immediately if it is unavoidable to arrive late. Your lesson will be remained, but it will be finished as designed, if you come late over 15 minutes without notice, lesson will be canceled.

Your lesson will be canceled without refund and School will not be responsible for accidents when fraud being found.
