• Cancellation Policy

  • How to cancel: You must cancel by email.

  • 48 to 24 hours before: A ¥5,000 fee will apply.

  • Less than 24 hours before: No refund (100% of the tuition fee is charged).

• Booking Rules

  • Deadlines: Online bookings are accepted up to 1 week before your lesson date.

  • Last-minute bookings: If your lesson is less than a week away, please sign up directly at the school counter.

  • Confirmation: Submitting the form does not guarantee a booking. Your reservation is only confirmed once you receive our reply.

  • Response time: We will reply to your request at least 1 week before your scheduled lesson.

  • Multiple days: You can book multiple dates on one form only if the program, curriculum, and participants are exactly the same. Otherwise, please submit separate forms or write what differ from your information in special requests.

• Important Notes

  • Cash only: The website price only covers tuition. All onsite expenses at the ski resort must be paid in cash.

  • Accurate information: Any false information will result in immediate cancellation or stoppage of your lesson with no refund.

  • Schedule changes: The school reserves the right to change instructors or lesson times due to unforeseen circumstances.​
